Haruan Masak Lada Hitam

Bahan-bahan:


1 ekor ikan haruan (dipotong dua)
1 biji bawang besar (dimayang)
2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
5 cm halia (dihiris nipis)
1 sudu besar lada hitam (ditumbuk kasar)
2 keping asam keping
Garam secukup rasa
Air secukupnya

Bahan-bahan:


1. Masukkan bawang, bawang putih, halia dan lada hitam dalam periuk berisi air dan biarkan mendidih.
2. Kemudian, masukkan ikan haruan dan biarkan mendidih lagi.
3. Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan asam keping.
4. Biarkan seketika hingga masak.
