Tempe Masak Hijau


Bahan-bahan:

200 gram tempe (dipotong nipis dan digoreng)
100 gram ikan bilis (digoreng)
50 gram cili padi hijau (dikisar)
2 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1 biji bawang besar (dikisar)
Serbuk perasa, garam dan gula secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan serbuk perasa, gula dan garam secukupnya.
  3. Masukkan tempe dan ikan bilis yang digoreng tadi.Gaul sebati sehingga kering.
