Kerabu Tauge

Bahan-bahannya:

Semangkuk Tauge ( dicuci dan dicelur)
Secawan isi kerang rebus
4 biji bawang merah (dimayang)
1/2 cawan air asam jawa
1/2 biji kelapa parut (diambil santan pekat)
2 sudu besar kerisik
7 hingga 10 biji cili padi (ikut kesukaan rasa pedas)
Sedikit belacan
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:
Kesemua bahan di atas digaul sebati. Tidak perlu dimasak.
